Reservations

Travelers can make reservations by either visiting travelsotravel.com or calling our customer care number. It is mandatory to make your bookings in the name that is present on the government issued/affiliated documents as per the TSA Secure Flight Program requirements. Usage of the correct name on invoices and bookings arrangement is the duty of the travelers. Any changes in the name section in your travel documents that have been issued will cost you extra charges.

Prices

Prices mentioned at the time of publication or bookings are affixed, though there can still be changes in the prices owing to the aircrafts availability, airfares, airlines policies, vehicle type, event type and transfer availability continuous fluctuation. Also, add applicable surcharges, taxes, international commuting taxes which can vary ticket booking prices.

If there is a human or computer error, we hold exclusive rights to alter the invoices, thus, making the cost of availed product and service by the client correct.

Travel Papers

Meeting the domestic/international visiting papers, passports, visas, and foreign entry compliances along with their validity and conformity is the responsibility of the traveler. Travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments should be reviewed by customers prior to booking international travel.

Airline Policy

The airfare must be paid in full and immediately in this case. Any payment plan you may enter into with us overrides any invoice terms and conditions.

The airline may cancel seats if full payment is not received, and they may not be available for rebooking on the same flights or at the same price. Substitution or alternative bookings is the sole responsibility of the customers.
